Dont tell me to add solemn judgement because I use to run 3 solemn judgements but lost against burn decks and people that use magical cylinder. I also have 2 vandalgyon and 3 thunderking raioh but dont use them in my deck atm. Im basically looking for a way to rush my opponents faster and win the duel. Should i replace my caius and raiza for two more jinzo's because this card usually screw my opponents over more than it screws me. more

Open Question: craftsman 42cc chainsaw oilier problem?

I have a craftsman 42cc special edition chainsaw. it doesn't appear to be oiling the chain. i have taken it apart and blown out ever thing and it still doesn't work. is there anyway to check take it apart to check the lines for any blockage. more

Resolved Question: Why does my chainsaw smoke?

I have a good chainsaw that is only a couple of years old and up until recently ran good. However, when I now use it, white smoke pours out of the chainsaw at the bar's base, and it does not cut good any more. I tried changing the chain, but it didn't fix the problem. Any idea what's wrong with it? Here's what I do know: 1. The chain (which is almost new) is installed correctly (not backwards). 2. There is plenty of bar oil in it. It only smokes when I try to cut something, not when it's just running. more

Resolved Question: Craftsman 16in bar Chainsaw - Angle to sharpen the teeth on the chain?

2.4 cubic inch displacement. Chain is starting to cut slower, and I have an electric chain sharpener, I just don't remember the angle. I cut mostly soft wood, Pine. But on occasion I cut the good hard stuff mostly oak. I know that cutting both types of wood affects the angle of the cut. You don't want overly sharp teeth for hard wood. Thanks "Seems to me I would have the instructions handy?" Instructions for what, I got the saw for free, there were no instructions. I remembered it was 30 some degrees but wasn't for sure. And after you cut wood for a while, the chain gets quite dull, so the angle thus changes, if you dont know what you are talking about, dont answer other people questions. Also I am a diy kind of a guy. So letting other people do stuff for me isn't up my alley, so to speak. more

Resolved Question: Chainsaw Shop says there was no oil in my gas...help me?

I bought a new chainsaw last week and then hired a couple of guys to help me cut up some trees in our yard. I personally put 2 cycle oil in the gas, at a 50:1 ratio. I measured it out in a measuring cup to be precise! The chain saw would run for a few minutes, and then stop, I figured the carorator was set wrong so I took it to a guy that owned a shop for about 45 years. He said that somethign in the firing was bad, and that warranty should cover it, and to take it back where I bought it. I took it back to the place I bought it and they just called and told me that there was no oil in the gas...and they want another $400 that I don't have...what do I do now? They want to say that one of the workers must have put regular gas in it, but we had two small gas cans and they had oil in them. The only regular gas we have is in big gas cans, and they were in the shop. I kind of trust the shop because we have done business in the past and we are some what friends, but by no means best friends. They are also saying its locked up, but it wasn't when we took it, you could pull the string and everything, there was just no fire. Could a manufacturers defect in the firing have caused this to happen or what? anybody got any ideas It had bar oil...they even said that. I really don't see how the wrong gas could have got in there. But, I don't think there is a lot I can do now. more

Voting Question: What Stihl chain is this? HUGE!!?

I recieved a chainsaw chain in the mail through ebay, but it was not the one i bid on. Instead of recieving a small chain, i got a chain just shy of 7 feet long! the guy told me that it was the right chain that i bid on, so i just agreed figuring i could just sell it for some good money. it is a carbide chain, and the links are 1" 1/8th long. if there are any measurements you would like, just tell me cause m doing this for my computer illiterate dad and hes not here. He called Stihl and they had no clue what the thing was, even though it says stihl right on it. any help would be awesome. it weighs 8 lbs!, i am assuming that it is for some kind of mechanical harvest, but it must be so old that it is not in their catalogs, but yet it looks brand new. if its any help the outside links say stihl in a pattern, with some saying g4 in the same pattern. all the inside cutting links say 30. this thing is the beastliest chain i have ever seen. thanks for any help more

Resolved Question: How do I find the right bar for my Jonsered Chainsaw?

Hi, I have a Jonsered 630 Chainsaw and would like to save money by buying a new 20 inch bar and chain on Ebay. However, how do I know what bar will fit? Although the fittings look the same in the picture I presume they are all subtly different. Rather than list the saws they do fit, most simply say it will fit 'most' saws or only list newer machines - and when you email the sellers they dont seem to know. Also when I buy a new bar and chain I presume I should buy a new sprocket at the same time. Do I buy a sprocket to match the chain or do I need to but a sprocket to match the saw? Thanks. Should add that I'm in a rural location in the north of Scotland so I cant simply head over to my local dealer. Also, for US contributors, the truth is the net is a lot cheaper than simply heading to a shop where the price is essentially double to what you pay on-line (and they usually have to order meaning two trips), and it is already twice as expensive here as it is in the US.. more

Resolved Question: ryobi 18 in 40 cc chainsaw idle problem?

Hi, I bought a ryboi about 6 months ago(no jokes..newbie here) I used it for like a month and noticed that the chain was moving during idle. And I noticed that the saw was cutting out on me after I release the trigger.(didn't go into idle mode) Even worse is the saw now seemed to cut out after a few cuts. I called and got a generic answer from ryobi's tech support. So I played with the idle screw. I got it to the point where the idle is going slow enough that the chain isn't moving during idle. Now the saw doesn't want to go properly into high idle. It cuts out quickly. A friend said I need to adjust the screw and then put the saw into high idle in order for the saw to adjust itself to this new setting??? could it be a matter of turning the idle screw clockwise like a half turn..or do you believe the saw is toast after one months use. is the idle screw really that sensative? Also I noticed the saw seems to be leaking a drop or two of fluid..assumeing it is it's fuel/2cyc mixture when I set the saw down. Do you think I messed up the saw when I removed it's covering and gave the chainblade a good wipeing down with a clean cloth..removed any woodpulp/oil residue etc. thanks..once again totally newbie here..any advice would be welcomes more

Resolved Question: What type of Weed Wacker engines would work to put a spindle on it and attach to my peddle Bike?

i want to put a weed wacker on my bike for a fun project but i dont know which model and brand to use. instead of chain driven i want to put a spindle on it. Resolved Question: Why doesn't my chainsaw cut right?

Ok, so my chainsaw is not cutting properly. I have to force the saw through the wood to get it to go anywhere. I thought my chain was probably dull, so I sharpened it. It still didn't cut right. Ok, maybe I suck at sharpening chains. I brought my chain in and had it professionally sharpened. $5.50 later and the stupid saw still won't cut. The saw bogs down when I'm trying to cut and it feels like something is slipping a bit, maybe a clutch? I'm trying to cut through green oak about 16" thick. My Jonsrered 670 Super should be able to handle it with no problems. Would a badly worn bar cause this and how can I tell if its worn out? Maybe the clutch is bad, but it still would cut without me forcing the saw into the wood...right? I just bought this saw used, and it worked great the first few times I used it. Right now I feel like cutting it in half with my other chainsaw. If you know what the problem might be, I would be happy to hear from you! I am definitely not a mechanic. Thanks. (and no, the chain is not on backwards) I just blew out the filter. The fuel is fresh and mixed properly. Its just not cutting right at all. Its going throught the wood...I just have to really force the saw through. Normally, I let the saw do most of the work. It definitely feels like a dull chain. I brought it to the local hardware store, where I always bring my chains. (I've never had a problem with them not being sharp.) I think the reason its bogging down, is I'm trying to force the saw through the wood. The engine sounds fine otherwise. How do I check if the bar oiler is working? Resolved Question: How to cut wood with chainsaw?

When I buck wood with my saw, the saw weight should pull the bar and chain through the wood, right? For some reason, its not cutting that way. Its only cutting when I do the opposite, push the saw up, forcing the end of the bar through the wood. I tried to sharpen my chain and file down the depth gauges to the right height, but its still not cutting right. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!! No, the chain is on the right way. If you do, please tell me about some of your action stories and describe some of your characters. I enjoy conversing with other writers and sharing ideas and all that good stuff. I have a pretty unique writing style. First off, I have one "law" of my writing. My stories are never set in real geographic locations. I also make up my own setting and name of the place and the people. Most of my stories have an antihero main character and they tend to be pretty dark toned, particularly Ripper: The Man of Massacre and Kagato, which are rather bloody. Here are the things I am working on and some of my ideas for the future....... I am currently writing a series called Documents of Leon McCray. It is set in the year 2104 in a city called Quusara. The story revolves around Leon McCray, a rich misfit who has had a rough life. His parents were agents for President Nelson Brightwing, but when they had Leon, they secretly developed a plan to leave the agency with Leon. But Brightwing soon finds out of their plan due to the hidden surveillance cameras that were placed all throughout McCray Manor (Porter and Seras, Leon's parents, did not know that the cameras were there) and has Porter and Seras assassinated because they have too much information to be free out in the public. Leon is taken and raised by former best friend of Porter and Seras, Anton Rose. He soon makes Nelson Brightwing his sworn enemy and tries to avenge the death of his parents. But it won't be easy. Because Nelson Brightwing has hired an assassin named Black Crow to protect him and kill Leon.... Some of my future projects and characters include....... Kagato. This series is set long ago in the land of Tamaka. It is about Kagato, a muscular ninja who had his entire village destroyed and his wife and son killed by the army of evil ruler Saiyama after Kagato refused to join his army. Kagato did not join the army because his grandfather fought proudly against them in a war a century before. Now out on his own with a goal of revenge, Kagato sets out to gain revenge an kill Saiyama. He soon discovers another ninja by the name of Nightmare. Nightmare's grandfather was killed by Kagato's grandfather in the war. So Nightmare now works for Saiyama and sets on with his own mission of killing Kagato. Soon Kagato gets caught in a chain of events and he is making many more enemies than friends. Ripper: The Man of Massacre. Probably my most violent and gory series. It is about Ripper, a sadistic killer that carries a chainsaw, two bayonets, two knives, and any other instrument of murder that he can get his hands on. He has been #1 on the Wanted List for every day of the past 15 years. He killed his parents at the age of 13 because they constantly abused and neglected him. He was the choice of abuse in school as well, until he was banned, of course. He is labeled as the all time most dangerous person. He soon sets out to slaughter all of the people that made his childhood terrible, but the Government isn't going to just allow him to do this. They soon send agents to kill Ripper, but he easily massacres each and every one of them. Soon, other mass murderers come out to play. They all want to be the one to kill the legendary psycho known as Ripper just to become the #1 killer. That's how crazy they are. They want to engage in a bloody deathmatch just to get some imaginary trophy. The story may seem a little plotless and sick, but I think it makes a pretty terrifying horror story for the non faint of heart. It's kinda cool too because I came up with the original idea for this on Halloween Night. Tell me what you think about my stories and please tell me about yours. Anyone have any idea why a chainsaw would not cut? I have a McCulloch Eager Beaver 2.1ci. I put on a brand new chain. I went to cutting on a branch about 3 inches in diameter. I held full throttle for a good 2 minutes and it cut maybe 1/4" through the branch. Any ideas? more

I inherited an old chainsaw-- didn't come with an instruction manual, or anything-- and I know next to nothing about chainsaws. It usually starts up very easily. Seems to idle normally, the chain moves around when you pull the trigger... but after it's been running for about a minute, the engine shuts off, or threatens to shut off, as soon as I actually cut anything with it. If I release the trigger and let it idle again, it won't shut off, but if i keep trying to cut with it for more than a couple seconds at a time... poof, it stops. Anyone know what this is a symptom of? and how to solve it? any advice would be appreciated. thanx. more
